the lowlands, light and variable winds becoming west around
10 mph in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...Colder. Partly cloudy. Lows 31 to 39. In the
mountains, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph shifting to the west
10 to 15 mph after midnight. Across the lowlands, north winds
around 10 mph.
